Schezwan chutney dosa
The most delicious dosa ever with a complete new flavour
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make gathiya chutney by adding green chilli,gathiya,coriander leaves,garlic,salt and water.Keep this aside.
* Step 2
Take schezwan sauce in a bowl and keep it aside.Now take oil in a pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves saute..than add onions to it..let the onion change it's colour add green chillies to it.Keep on mixing add salt and turmeric powder,than add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves give it a mix and keep it aside.
* Step 3
Now take the batter of dosa.Heat up the dosa pan.Sprinkle some water to know it's heated up,make dose on a pan,spread one side schezwan sauce,other side chutney and in between keep the potato mixture and roll it carefully.
* Step 4
Cut into halves and enjoy the most delicious dosa ever.Garnish it with some chutney and schezwan sauce.Ready serve hot.
