Stuffed rajma kebabs

Healthy protien packed Rajma Kebab with broccoli stuffing is a delicious vegetarian option.
Sometimes I fill these kebabs in mini multigrain buns with mint chutney yoghurt sauce to create guiltfree sliders.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take rajma, grated potato, minced garlic, 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1 green chilli.
* Step 2
Use a fork and mash the red kidney beans. Mix it in the ingredients given above. Add salt.
* Step 3
Refrigerate it till the stuffing is prepared.
* Step 4
You will need remaining chopped onion and green chilli. Minced broccoli and grated ginger.
* Step 5
Heat up 1 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, when it splutter add ginger and green chilli. Add chopped onion.
* Step 6
When onion turns pinkish, add minced broccoli and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
* Step 7
Add white pepper and chopped mint leaves. Lastly add lemon juice.
* Step 8
Take out rajma dough from the fridge. Take a big lemon size dough. Flatten it. Place one tbsp brocooli mince as a filling and shape it into kebabs.
* Step 9
Heat up 2 tbsp oil in a non stick frying pan. Fry kebabs on medium heat.
* Step 10
Fry till done. Serve hot.
