Tapioca is a staple in Kerala cuisine, usually eaten with spicy fish curry. I make it like Upma for the breakfast, a quickie and healthy food to kick-start the day.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pressure cooker take Tapioca pieces, salt, turmeric and enough water to pressure cook till 3 whistles.
* Step 2
Drain, mash it lightly and keep aside.
* Step 3
In a pan heat up coconut oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, chana and urad dal, fry for 30 seconds then add green chillies and curry leaves.
* Step 4
After half a minute add boiled tapioca, Cook until everything is mixed well. Add grated coconut and lemon juice just before switching off the flame.
