Honey roasted nuts

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line a tray with the silicone sheet or parchment paper and keep aside.
* Step 2
Brush the pan with butter, roast the nuts one by one or together until golden brown.
* Step 3
Add honey,(i have used 2 tbsp honey for mild sweetness) mix it evenly to coat all the nuts, flame should be on low. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 4
Sprinkle sea salt and smoked paprika.
* Step 5
Switch off the flame when you see no liquid left in the pan.
* Step 6
Spread the nuts on the prepared tray by separating them into individual pieces.
* Step 7
Let them cool down completely, (at least 1 to 3 hours). Store them in an airtight jar and consume up to 5 days.
* Step 8
You can snack on these nuts or slightly crush them and add them on a bowl of ice cream, fruit salad or a bowl of yoghurt.
* Step 9
I would suggest to line your tray with silicone sheet preferably as if not handled carefully sometimes parchment paper sticks to the nuts. Or just spread it on a dry tray.
