Bread scramble

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut bread slice into cubes, keep aside

* Step 2

In a bowl take chopped onion, green chillies ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, turmeric, salt, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well

* Step 3

Add 2 eggs, whisk lightly

* Step 4

In a pan heat up oil

* Step 5

Add bread cubes in egg mixture, let it get coated with eggs well, using a spoon.

* Step 6

Put it in the hot pan, stir and cook till rawness of the egg goes off, around 5-7 minutes.

* Step 7

Serve immediately
