Banana muffin

My kids love muffins i like this recipe. It is not too sugar heavy and the muffins are moist.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

18-20 min 350F
1.5 cups

flour

1/3-1/2 cup

brown sugar

2 tsp

vanilla

1 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

milk

1/4 cup

yogurt

1/2 tsp

cinimmon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix brown sugar and butter (softened) add vanilla, salt, yogurt, milk

* Step 2

Add baking soda and flour mix all together. It should be a batter consistency and have some clumps from banana.

* Step 3

Oil or butter muffin pan. Or use muffin cups. Fill will 1/4 cup of batter. Makes dozen muffins
