Quick Garlic Asparagus
Crisp and tender, quick and easy. Also awesome with soy sauce instead of the salt and pepper to serve with Asian dishes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the spears to remove sand and debris.
* Step 2
Snap the woody ends off by gently bending the end of the spears.
* Step 3
Place the spears in a large pan add the water.
* Step 4
Cover on high heat. Steam the spears till they turn bright green. Immediately drain water from the pan.
* Step 5
While the spears are steaming, smash and peel the garlic.
* Step 6
Slice the garlic into slivers.
* Step 7
Add the olive oil and garlic slivers. Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes.
* Step 8
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
