This is a smaller version of funeral potatoes, which only serves 3-4 people usually. Because it's instant potatoes, using exact measurements for most of the ingredients is just a matter of guessing, and adjustment.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prep the wet ingredients for the instant mashed potatoes per the microwave oven instructions.
* Step 2
Mix the instant mashed potatoes, into the wet mixture to the desired consistency, with the other dry spices.
* Step 3
Bake the instant potatoes for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with cheese, or paprika.
