This refreshing starter is so easy to make and is perfect for summer ! Balsamic vinegar goes so well with tomato and it brings out the sweetness and full flavor of tomatoπŸ˜‹. Try it, you will love itπŸ₯°. #dormfood

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make an X at the bottom of the tomato with the tip of a sharp knife. Put it into a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds.

* Step 2

Immediately remove it from the hot water and transfer to a bowl of iced water (ice bath) to prevent further cooking. Peel the skin gently with a knife.

* Step 3
