Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot add your first 7 ingredients and let it simmer on low heat.
* Step 2
Boil pasta in water and add salt. Before draining save 1 1/2 cup of it.
* Step 3
In the same add butter, shallots, garlic. Stir until sautéed. Add flour. Add remaining ingredients once mixed well. Pasta water too!!! If thick add water. Add pasta and mix.
* Step 4
Next let’s layer. First pasta then cheese. That you like the most. Repeat until full! Bake for 350 for about 10 minutes.
