Baked Beans Jacket Potato
This great vegetarian or vegan dish can be easily prepared with minimal effort and makes for a great feast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut a cross into the jacket potato, and smother the potato in olive oil. Sprinkle some salt on top. Cook for 75 minutes at 210 °C using the fan option.
* Step 2
Prepare a salad to your liking.
* Step 3
Take out the jacket potato and split the jacket potato by pushing at the sides. When done, the jacket potato should open up.
* Step 4
Whilst the jacket potato is cooling, put the baked beans in the oven and prepare the cous cous by adding boiling water to cous cous and mixing occasionally for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Pour the warm baked beans onto the jacket potatoes, and sprinkle some cheese on top. Serve the cous cous at the side.
