Coriander Chicken Tikka Masala Pizzas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up the oven to 180 oC with the fan on.

* Step 2

Mix the red wine vinegar with red onions, sprinkle a pinch of salt and set aside. The vinegar softens the onion slightly.

* Step 3

Place the naan bread on a baking tray, sprinkle a little water then put in the oven for 2 minutes.

* Step 4

Cook the chicken in the pan until it is almost done. Add the onions & vinegar mix and peppers in a pan with curry paste, and fry over a high heat for 6 - 8 minutes until cooked.

* Step 5

Take out the naan bread from the oven, spread the yoghurt over each naan bread and top with chicken, red onion, green chilli, and coriander. Add a few dollops of mango chutney to the side.
