Spinach, Walnut Pesto Spaghetti

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add chopped walnuts, herbs, garlic, lemon zest and juice with some seasoning to a food processor and puree.
* Step 2
Cook the spaghetti (as per pack instructions), then drain 95% of the water.
* Step 3
Return the spaghetti back to the pan and stir in the pesto, raisins and spinach with a splash of cooking water. Drizzle olive oil and serve.
