Simple Cheeseburger Mac
Sometimes, I like to hit the pantry and grab some things. And then I like to make simple and tasty meals from basic items.
Ingredient

3-4 people

20 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dice onion, mince garlic if fresh, and pat dry corn.
* Step 2
Cook Velveeta Shells according to box. Heat fry pan under medium heat with a drizzle of oil until shimmering.
* Step 3
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30-45sec.
* Step 4
Toss in Onion with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring, until translucent.
* Step 5
Add in ground beef, breaking into pieces, and season with garlic paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook mixture until beef is browned.
* Step 6
Add in corn and mix together for 3-5minutes.
* Step 7
Drain pasta and return to pot. Season with salt and pepper, and add cheese mixture. Do not mix just yet.
* Step 8
Remove beefy mixture from heat and drain. Add to pasta. And stir until well mixed.
* Step 9
Plate in individual bowls and garnish with parsley.
