Baked Cabbage
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the cabbage into quarters and then cut out core. Slice each quarter then cut crosswise to get shreds of cabbage.
* Step 2
Place cabbage shreds into large mixing bowl and add the spices. Melt the butter then pour on top of cabbage and spices.
* Step 3
Transfer cabbage to large baking tray. Using wooden spoon, smooth out the seasoned cabbage until it lays evenly across the pan.
* Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. You want the edges roasted nicely.
