My French Green Beans with Bacon, Tomatoes and Mushrooms
These green beans are so flavorful thanks to cooking in a mix of bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Great side dish or just eat them by itself. Delicious!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a medium pot brown bacon. Add onions and garlic. Let cook for 3 minutes.
* Step 2
Add 1 cup water, beef base, green beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and seasonings.
* Step 3
Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Then set on simmer and cover for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
