Chicken Tenders
This delightful Main Course recipe of Chicken Tenders can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People.

* Step 1
In one bowl whisk together 1 egg and ¼ cup milk. In a second bowl combine ½ cup flour, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1tbsp curry powder, 1tsp salt and ½ tsp garam masala.
* Step 2
One at a time, dip 1kg chicken cubes in the egg and then coat into the flour/bread crumb mixture to coat completely. Transfer to plate.
* Step 3
Heat oil in pan. Fry breaded chicken cubes till golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper-towel lined plate. While still hot, sprinkle with a little more salt.
