Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute the garlic and onion until the onion looks wilted.

* Step 2

Add the ground beef, taco seasoning and salt. Stir until the beef cooked.

* Step 3

Add tomato paste and water. Stir until the water evaporated.

* Step 4

Drizzle the lime juice. Stir then taste. Add more seasoning if needed.

* Step 5

Turn the heat off and set aside.

* Step 6

Toast the tortilla (both side) on a pan.

* Step 7

Move to a serving plate. Add the beef and egg. Top with cheese, tomato and sour cream. Enjoy.

* Step 8

You can add shredded lettuce or sliced avocado if you like.
