Keto Mac N’ Cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, toss cauliflower with 2 tbsp oil and season with salt. Bake on sheets for 40 minutes

* Step 2

Meanwhile, in a large pot over medium heat, heating cream. Bring up to simmer, then decrease heat and add cheeses and hot sauce.

* Step 3

Transfer mixture to baking dish. In a medium bowl stir to combine pork/bacon, Parma Sean, and oil. Sprinkle over cauliflower and put it all into baking dish.

* Step 4

Bake until golden, about 15 minuets. Add garnish with parsley before serving.
