Okay, so quarantine taught me that I love, appreciate, and missed going to the hibachi grill restaurants. So I pulled out my griddle (thanks to my amazing in laws) or my wok add soy sauce and started my rendition.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gather all ingrediens and start making rice.
* Step 2
Heat griddle/wok on medium high. Add sesame oil, garlic and stir for 3-4minutes.
* Step 3
Add chicken. Stir for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat.
* Step 4
Add broccoli (veggies)and stir for 4-5 minutes.
* Step 5
Add chicken to vegetable mixture add hoison and soy sauce. Stir for 3 minutes
* Step 6
Serve with rice and potstickers for a full experience. ENJOY friends!
