This brine was enough for a 21 and 13 lb turkey to fit in big steamer pot
Ingredient

onion
6 cloves
garlic
1 tsp
mustard seed
1 tbsp
celery seed
2 tbsp
thyme
1 1/2 cup
kosher salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil all ingredients and let cook and brine birds for 3 days. Inject both breasts and legs before cooking and cover. And pour 2 cups of brine into each pan.
