Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok heat ghee and add elachi saute 1 minute
* Step 2
Add soji and bonufy till coloir change and the aroma comes out
* Step 3
Add sugar mix well and add water
* Step 4
Cook for 2 minutes and cover the lid for 15 minutes till water dry
* Step 5
Add kewra essence and stir well and cook fow 5 minutes on low flame
* Step 6
Take out in a serving dish garnish with cream and nuts
