Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In large sauce pan heat oil, sauté onion. add salt

* Step 2

Add chili powder, cumin, red pepper and oregano. brown the meat.

* Step 3

Stir in garlic, tomato, tomato paste, beef stock, and beans.

* Step 4

Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer

* Step 5

Simmer uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.
