* Step 1
Take a pan add all dals mix and wash and soak 20minutes and add ginger garlic paste salt red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder and cook well then to tender dals
* Step 2
Now take a pan add oil heat and add mustard seeds fenugreek seeds curry leaves green chili garlic and onion stir fry lightly golden brown add cooked dal mix and cook add ghee garammasala coriander leaves stir cook 2minutes and flame off
* Step 3
Transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves green chili
