Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds green chili green cardamom black pepper curry leaves stir and add onion lightly golden brown add Mutton stir fry to cook
* Step 2
Now add salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder ginger garlic paste tomato stir fry to cook well then to tender Mutton
* Step 3
Now add dal and bottle gourd and cook well tender dal Mutton and bottle gourd add tamarind pulp and garam masala coriander leaves lemon juice
* Step 4
Now take a pan add oil heat and add cumin seeds onion and lightly golden brown and add dalghost/ transfer into serving bowl
* Step 5
Now serve dalghost with onion tomato salad and baghary rice
