Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil add red chilies coriander seeds cinnamon seeds fennel seeds coconut clove black pepper green cardamom dry roast stir fry and grind masala keep aside
* Step 2
Tomato grind keep aside/ take a pan add oil heat and add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves stir and add turmeric and add boil eggs stir fry 2 minutes and keep aside/ take a pan add oil heat and add onion stir fry to cook well and grind
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil heat add grind onion and tomato paste stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste stir fry add salt red chili powder turmeric powder stir fry add grind masala stir fry to cook well and add fry eggs with cumin seeds mustard seeds curry leaves
* Step 4
Now add some water and keep slow flame for 5minutes
* Step 5
Now transfer into serving bowl
* Step 6
Ready to serve with paratha
