Take a pan add oil heat add grind onion and tomato paste stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste stir fry add salt red chili powder turmeric powder stir fry add grind masala stir fry to cook well and add fry eggs with cumin seeds mustard seeds curry leaves

Now add some water and keep slow flame for 5minutes
