Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil add garlic stir fry golden brown and keep aside/ take a pan add oil add beated eggs mix salt paper colour mix fry omelet scramble and keep aside
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil add ginger garlic onion stir fry add cabbage stir and add carrot stir add capsicum stir fry to cook add salt and pepper vinegar soya sauce chili sauce mix well and stir fry to cook keep aside
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil add onion green chili spring onion stir fry and add boil rice and boil noodles stir
* Step 4
Now add vegetables with sauce and eggs mix and stir fry to cook and sprinkle fry garlic with oil keep slow Flame for 10minutes with lid
* Step 5
Transfer into serving plate/ take a pan add oil add onion stir fry and add ginger garlic paste stir fry and add chicken cubes stir cook
* Step 6
Now add tomato paste stir fry to cook add salt paper mix stir fry to cook add tomato sauce chili sauce soya sauce vinegar stir cook well
* Step 7
Stir cook well and Flame off and transfer into serving plate
* Step 8
Now take a bowl add tomato sauce and mayonnaise chili sauce mix and some boil noodles and spring onion for garnish
* Step 9
Take a serving plate arrange rice noodles and chicken with sauce and sprinkle sauce and boil noodles and onion and fry brawn garlic
* Step 11
