Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil and butter heat and stir fry chicken/ take a mixer jar add black pepper and cumin seeds grind well and keep aside / grind cashew nut and keep aside and grind ginger garlic 1 green chili paste and keep aside
* Step 2
Add in chicken ginger garlic green chili paste salt stir fry to cook add chopped chili stir fry and add cumin and black pepper.
* Step 3
Stir fry to cook add cashew nut powder stir cook add curd stir fry to cook add cream stir until smooth gravy.
* Step 4
Now add mint leaves stir add lemon juice stir cook and keep Flame low for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Ready to serve, garnish tomato and serve with paratha.
