Mutton shahi korma
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add Mutton and add salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder ginger garlic green chili paste curd mix and add Mutton mix well and keep in freeze for 3 hours
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil add Kashmiri red chili powder stir cook add hole garam masala and Mutton stir fry to cook well add some water and cook then to tender Mutton
* Step 3
Take a bowl add almonds and hot water and keep aside take a bowl add poppy seeds and add hot water and keep aside take a bowl add cashwnut and hot water and keep aside for 30minutes and remove skin almonds add in bowl and cashwnut poppy seeds casar threads and sock in hot water for 10 minutes take a mixer jar add coconut green cardamom and add almonds mix and grind paste
* Step 4
Now add this paste Mutton and stir fry to cook add brown onion lightly grind stir fry to cook add 2 glass water for gravy after boil add rose water kewra coriander leaves green chili and keep slow Flame for 5minutes
* Step 5
Transfer into serving bowl ready to serve with naan
