Fully Hacked Peanut Butter Cookie (Gluten Free/Low Fat/Carb)

I went back to basics with this. However, far few ingredients and they actually remind me of peanut butter cookies now. Informational notice here.. Usually these type of cookies are around 100 calories a cookie, these currently stand at less than 20 cal a cookie, depending on sweetener used. I'm considering these fully hacked now. Update: Maybe cause I don't have a sweet tooth but I acted out one tbsp of truvia. They were borderline sugar cookies. I have second recipe for a chewing variation in the works, little higher on calories but a bit heartier as well. The second revision deals with using coconut flour and pumpkin purée to provide more chew. I'll mark it up as v2 when I'm done

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings
3 Tbls (9 packets)

1/4 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 325

* Step 2

Mix ingredients

* Step 3

Bake for 12-14 min on ungreased cookie sheet. They won't burn easily

* Step 4

Let them rest on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes.
