Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take rice wash and soak/take prawns wash properly and keep aside.

* Step 2

Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds, black pepper, clove, tomatoes, stir cook then add salt and green chilli, stir fry. Next, add ginger garlic paste, stir cook add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir cook, add curd, cook masala, add prawns, brown onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Then add the grind garam masala, mix well and add lemon juice and turn off the flame.

* Step 3

Take a pan add water and add black cardamom cinnamon stick, some coriander leaves, lemon peel, bay leaves and salt 2 tbsp cook after boil. Then add rice, cook 80% of the rice, drain water, and keep aside.

* Step 4

Take a pan add sprinkle rice layer and prawns masala layer, again rice layer and prawns masala layer and again rice and sprinkle brown onion coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, rose water, sprinkle tomato colour, sprinkle grind garam masala, oil and keep for 10 minutes on full flame and 25 minutes on low flame for dum. After 25 minutes prawns biryani is ready to serve with salad.
