Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash properly mince and drain well water properly and keep aside take a pan add cumin seeds coriander seeds black pepper red chilli green cordamam jaifal javatri and lightly stir fry and grind powder
* Step 2
Take mixer jar add onion green chilli coriander and mint leaves and grind and add 1 tbs oil and salt red chilli powder amcor powder lemon juice and add mince grind well and add basan and mix well and keep in freeze 3 hour and 1 kol burn and keep in mince and cover
* Step 3
After 3 hours make kababs
* Step 4
Take a pan add 2tbs oil and fry golden brown and ready to serve with paratha and curd chattny and salad
* Step 5
