Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind nihari masala fennel cumin seeds black pepper black cardamom cinnamon green cardamon clove dried red chilly jaifal and javatry and masala. add dry ginger powder, ready nihari masala, salt red chilly powder coriander powder haldi cumin seeds powder. Grind garam masala (both are separate) keep aside
* Step 2
Take cookeer, add oil add mutton and fry then add nihari masala and powder masala ginger garlic paste and mix. Cook. Add brown onion fry well and close Cooker. wait for 5 wistles and mutton will then be tender
* Step 3
Roast Wheat and besan. Add 1bowl water mix well, add mutton and cook. Add 1 glass water for gravy, let it come to a boil. Cook till gravy is smooth. Take pan, add oil, add ginger small piece, green chilly chopped, 2tb spoon brown onion and fry well then add mutton
* Step 4
Mutton nihari is ready, serve with chopped coriander leafs chopped green chilly chopped ginger and lemon peaces and tandoori roti
