Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil add onion and cashew nuts saute and add ground tomatoes red chilli, green chilli, cinnamon stick.
* Step 2
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste,salt and red chilli powder, coriander powder and curd. Keep aside for an hour.
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil and fry the marinated chicken. Keep aside. Now add the ground paste adjust salt and spices. Keep stirring until the masala leaves the oil. Now add the chicken and give 1-2 boils.
* Step 4
Add butter and cook for few minutes. Now add kasuri meethi and allow to cook for few minutes.
* Step 5
Ready to serve with garlic naan.
