Kisir (bulgur wheat salad)
A very traditional Summer dish is Kisir. Every region in Turkey they make differently , some of them use dry onions , some of region doesn't boil bulgur, just soak, some of them use pomegranate juice. Mine is very different and very tasty . Turnip juice can be found in any international grocery store. I used " hot turnip juice" so I didn't need to use red pepper flakes . I also recommend you use corn,

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour boulgur wheat into a pan
* Step 2
Add 3 cups of salgam juice
* Step 3
Let it boil, after that lower the heat and cover until cooked and no more juice left.

Here is the bulgur, getting ready

Prepare other ingredients, chop them
* Step 6
Pour into bulgur, in this point your bulgur is cooked, and cooled down. You turned off the heat.

Add lemon juice, oil, salt
* Step 8

If you have corn, you would've add too, corns would give great color. I didn't have it, didn't use.
