Veggies Soup with Beef

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook ground beef with a sliced onion and some garlic Powder, all in a skillet til beef is brown and onions are tender and nearly translucent. Drain excess grease when done.
* Step 2
Roast (bake) some diced potatoes with sliced onion, olive oil, garlic Powder, salt and pepper. Cook til done/near done. May toss with Minced Garlic if preferred.
* Step 3
To the pot with seasoned potatoes and onions, add the ground beef w/onions, tomato juice, peas, corn, green beans, and/or mixed vegetables. (If you have carrots, please add them! I was out so I added the can of mixed vegetables 😭) Add some water, amount as desired, I opted for about 4C Water. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper, optionally add a few pinches of sugar! Simmer everything together for as long as you desire, I prefer a couple hours.
* Step 4
With a label, large spoon, or measuring cup, scoop into a bowl and serve. A welcomed addition to the side is cornbread or crackers
