Fried Tater Wedges
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes into sections, wedges. Wash and drip dry.
* Step 2
Dip into plain flour, then egg wash
* Step 3
Season your flour and dip egg-washed wedges into the seasoned flour
* Step 4
Drop battered into oil pre-heated to 350° F
* Step 5
Cook til wedges float, and are browned. Wedges will have a breaded crust on outside and potatoe is tender on inside.
* Step 6
Hang basket to drain excess oil, or place wedges onto paper towel lined plate. Salt immediately and serve hot. Serve with gravy or ketchup and mustard. Yum-yum sauce is a great dipping sauce as well!
* Step 7
Optionally sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese, Basil and Parsley
