Beer Corned Beef Brisket w/Cabbage and Veggies in Slow Cooker

6- 1/2lb meat

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Corned Beef Brisket Fat side up, in Crockpot or slow cooker, score, rub with Seasoning Packet, Minced Garlic, Onion Powder, Brown Sugar and Black Pepper. Pour 1 Beer around the brisket and cover all with Lid.
* Step 2
Cook 4 hours on LOW setting.
* Step 3
Slice half head of Cabbage, Rough-Cut Chunks of Potatoes, and add to bowl with Baby Carrots or Chunks of Carrots.
* Step 4
If cooking vegetables separately, add all veggies to a different crockpot or else boil together, but be sure to add the 2TBS bacon grease plus 2TBS Butter (or 4TBS butter if no bacon grease) Also, add 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes and 3C water. Cook til almost tender/tender.
* Step 5
After 4hrs, remove meat from first crockpot and then to the broth add the cooked veggies.
* Step 6
In a non-stick pan, add 4TBS butter and heat on med-high/high heat. When butter is hot, Transfer the meat to the pan.
* Step 7
Sear each side for about 1 minute, each side.
* Step 8
Transfer meat back to crockpot with veggies in original meat broth
* Step 9
Simmer together (Cook on low 1 or more hours) or until you desire to serve. Enjoy!
* Step 10
Tip: If you slice your Corned Beef Brisket, cut against the grain
