Skinny ranch (low calorie)

I did the math on my food diary app when I made this and it ends up being around 25-35 calories per 2 Tbsp. depending on what kind and how much milk you use it week vary. But finally a ranch I don't feel bad eating with everything!

Ingredient

1 dash

of milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

blend your cottage cheese and dry ranch packet together until smooth.

* Step 2

add milk until desired thickness is acquired

* Step 3

feel free to add more/less ranch as everyone had different taste buds ;)

* Step 4

I also like to store mine in an old ketchup bottle with the date of the cottage cheese expiration.
