Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the cauliflower in big pieces, add besan, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and cumin powder, add 2 tbsp water and mix well,keep for marinate for sometime.
* Step 2
Take a pan,add 1 tsp mustard oil,roast cauliflower for sometime,same oil add dry whole spices,add onion,garlic and tomato..once fry cool it completely.
* Step 3
Make puree of this,add all dry spices and curd,cover n cook till oil realse
* Step 4
Add garammasala and cauliflower, mix it well with gravy,, cook with gravy add kasuri methi and coriander leaves, serve hot.
