Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl take wheat flour and besan.add fenugreek leaves.
* Step 2
Add all spices,oil,green chilli, ginger garlic paste and curd.
* Step 3
Give a rough mix making sure the spices are combined well.knead a soft dough using required water. Keep aside for sometimes.
* Step 4
Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.
also dust with some wheat flour.
roll it in a thin circle like chapathi
now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute., when the base is cooked, flip the methi thepla
apply oil / ghee.
finally, serve methi thepla with curd, raita and pickle.
