Sabudana khichdi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soaked sabudana overnight.
Next day drain the sabudana very well.Add salt and red chilli powder.
* Step 2
Mix the coarsely roastedpeanuts,boiled potato, and sugar,green chilli and lemon juice.
* Step 3
Now heat peanut oil or ghee. Fry the cumin first till they crackle and get browned.
Now add the curry leaves and green chillies. Fry for a few seconds and then add the grated ginger.
Saute for a couple of seconds till the raw smell of the ginger goes away.
* Step 4
Now add this in sabudana mix.mix it gently. Boil water in a vessel and keep sabudana mix on it.cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Stir in between.
Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves. Mix well.You can add some roasted or fried peanuts on top.
Serve sabudana ki khichdi hot.
