Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add oil and add ginger garlic paste, now add all chopped vegetables,tomato sauce,chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes and all spices.mix well and cook on high flame. Add boiled noodles.mix well let it be cool.Make batter with all purpose flour and water.

* Step 2

Now cut the patti in equal four parts and give them parcel shape,stuff them. Stick them with batter. Heat oil for deep fry. When hot,drop the parcels and fry till golden and crisp. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
