Tiranga vanilla cake

1/2 cup

milk

1 tbsp

vinegar

1/2 tbsp

baking soda

1/4 cup

oil

1/2 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180*c.Take a big bowl and sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Take another bowl mix milk, sugar and oil in it.Beat till sugar dissolves,add vinegar and mix it.Now add dry ingredients in it.

* Step 2

Whisk with electric beater or spatula.Mix it gently till dry ingredients incorporate well. Add water if required,add vanilla Extract. Now divide this batter in 3 bowls in one bowl keep white in other add orange and in another add green.

* Step 3

Take a cake tin and grease it. Dust with all purpose flour,add orange batter first then white and then green,allowing to spread naturally.Tap the tin so batter settles down evenly with no gaps in between. Place the cake into the preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 mins.

* Step 4

Check the cake in middle to see if baked with wooden toothpick.Once done.Let the cake rest in the tin.Allow the cake to cool completely.Later cut the cake into thick slice and serve.
