Healthy easy sushi balls

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start early by making the rice and 2 cups of water. Add the heated up rice vinegar and sugar mixture the last minute of cooking the rice. Let it cool to room temp covered. Take out the cream cheese to come to room temp

* Step 2

Shred the crab and add to large mixing bowl. Add the veggies, nori, seeds, and cream cheese. Add rice once cooked and mix well

* Step 3

Roll into balls and drizzle with siracha mayo. Place in Fridge for at least one hour. Take out for 30-45 min so it’s not too cold. Serve with soy sauce
