My Grilling Spot Shrimp Kebabs

Shrimp is excellent for grilling. If properly cooked it doesn’t tear apart. This kebabs are aligned with our philosophy of simplicity. The recipe is very versatile because you can change sauces depending on the flavor you want to get.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 People
1/2 Pound

Fresh Shrimp

3/4 Pound

Diced Pineapple

To Taste

Salt

1 Tablespoon

Black Pepper

3 Tablespoons

Garlic Sauce

1 Tablespoon

Turmeric Powder

1 Tablespoon

Yellow Curry Powder

1 Tablespoon

Cardamom

1 Tablespoon

Cummin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the Shrimp with plenty of water and set the kebab alternating them with the Pineapple. Add Salt and Black Pepper to taste.

Crush the nuts and place them on a bowl.

* Step 3

Add the Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cummin, Yellow Curry and Cardamom. Mix well.

Add Beer and mix well.

* Step 5

Place the kebabs on the grill and cook at medium heat for 10 min on each side. While grilling, add the sauce on top of the kebabs.
