Quick and Easy Grilled Green Asparagus
This recipe is one of our favorites. It is all about enhacing the flavour of the asparagus. It makes a great appetizer or side dish. Your guests will love it!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Select 1/2" thick green asparagus. This is very important. If you select thinner ones, they will get burned easily. Wash with water and cut the white bottom. This will help you get rid of the fiber.
* Step 2
Place the green asparagus in the grill at low heat and turn them from time to time to avoid extreme burning.
* Step 3
As soon as you can see brown burn marks in both sides of the asparagus, take them out of the grill and place them into a tray. Pour the olive oil, add the salt and pepper and mix everything. You are all set, serve and enjoy!
