Pasta with yogurt
A very refreshing pasta to try.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta and drain the water. Let it cool down and put it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Chopped the garlic finely along with the coriander and the mint leaves. (I used abt 10-15 leaves)
* Step 3
Prepare a pan and cook in an olive oil the garlic for 2 minutes just to infuse the flavor and let it cool down.
* Step 4
For the sauce: mix the yogurt, chopped mint and coriander leaves along with the cooked garlic and drizzle of the olive oil. Season with salt and add it to your pasta.
