Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice stems off strawberries. Cut in half. Lay in a medium sized casserole dish. Add sugar and squeeze lemon over strawberries and mix.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Mix together. Add butter. Using your fingertips, squueze the cold butter into the oat mixture until binded together in chunks.

* Step 3

Spread oat mixture across the top of the strawberries. Do not leave any gaps.

* Step 4

Bake uncovered at 350° for approximately 50 minutes or until bubbly, browned, and crisp.

* Step 5
