Goat Cheese Cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Let cheese soften at room temperature. Combine all ingredients together in a mixer. Mix until smooth.
* Step 2
Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press crumbs onto bottom of a bakind dish or individual containers.
* Step 3
Pour cheese mix on top of crackers. Place in a casserole dish. Pour water halfway up the containers. Cover. Bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes. Cool in fridge for four hours. Top with mixture of raspberry and blueberry toppongs
* Step 4
Variations; Preserves, marmalade, espresso powder, flavored goat cheeses, dried cranberries or raspberries, pineapple, lime, orange, coconut milk, pecans, walnuts
